Personalized Counseling

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy —- you only need to notice that carrying everything alone feels exhausting.

The ways you survived your past were necessary then —- therapy is about learning how to survive and live well NOW.

Rooted in Acceptance

Pando, meaning “I spread,” refers to a massive aspen forest made up of trees, all connected by a single root system. This deep interconnectedness means that the trees share a common destiny, with the health of one affecting the whole; each individual finds strength and endurance through its relationships with others.

I believe in the strength of a community rooted in acceptance.

You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.

Am I the right fit for you?

You may appear capable and put together on the outside, yet inside it can feel exhausting. You replay conversations, worry about others’ emotions, or struggle to slow down and relax.

Maybe you are in a season of transition — whether becoming a parent, adjusting to a high-demand profession, or moving into later stages of life. You’re used to being the strong one — the person everyone relies on — whether at home, at work, or in moments of crisis.

Over time, carrying this weight can leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

Who I work with…

I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who want to understand the patterns they carry and create more balance, safety, and connection in their lives, including:

  • Adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress.

  • Pregnant or postpartum individuals and parents adjusting to major life transitions.

  • Healthcare professionals and first responders carrying the weight of demanding roles.

  • Adults navigating later-life transitions, including retirement, grandparenthood, or other identity shifts.

  • Adults exploring how early experiences shape present-day patterns.

Many of the people I work with have spent years being the strong one for others. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry that weight alone.

Many of the people I work with are caring, capable adults who have spent years holding things together for others. At some point, the weight of trauma, stress, or life transitions begins to show up in their nervous system, their sense of self, or their relationships.

Individual In-Person or Online Counseling Tailored to You.

WHO I WORK WITH

For adults who feel constantly on edge, mentally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of hypervigilance, shutdown, or overthinking.

Often these patterns are rooted in earlier experiences that taught the nervous system to stay in survival mode—even when life looks “fine” on the outside.

For those who spend their days caring for others while carrying the invisible weight of high-stakes decisions, long shifts, and compassion fatigue—and who sometimes struggle to leave that intensity at work.

For those navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, fertility struggles, or the emotional complexity of raising children while trying to care for their own mental health and relationships.

For older adults and grandparents adjusting to retirement, grief, shifting identities, and the deeper reflection that naturally comes as life enters a new chapter.

For clinicians, organizations, and teams seeking consultation around trauma-informed care, burnout prevention, and supporting professionals who regularly hold the emotional weight of others.
